Product Description

TADHE Surface Repair UV Resin is a colorless, highly transparent liquid. Its main component is modified acrylic UV resin, which cures under ultraviolet light with wavelength ≤ 395 nm.

Operating Procedures

1. Clean the bonding surface thoroughly, then slowly apply resin; avoid air bubbles.
2. Use UV lamp at a distance of 10–30 cm, irradiate for approx. 15 seconds for curing. (Actual curing time depends on your specific UV lamp)
3. Increase UV intensity or irradiation time for thicker resin layers.
4. Polish and sand the surface after curing & repair.
5. Seal unused resin and store in a cool, dark place at room temperature.

Important Note: The cured resin layer thickness per application must be less than 1 mm.

2. Recommended UV curing lamps:
• 400W (11mW/cm²) UV lamp
• 20W UV flashlight with wavelength ≤395nm
• Or other UV lamps that meet curing requirements
