TADHE UV Resin Hardening & Cleaning Liquid (TH01)

Product Introduction

UV Shadowless Adhesive Surface Hardening Liquid. It is a colorless transparent liquid. By isolating oxygen to inhibit the surface oxygen inhibition effect, it enables UV shadowless resin to achieve full and complete curing, delivering dry and smooth adhesive surface, and effectively improving the surface hardness of resin.

Application

It is applied for surface hardening of bonding joints of UV adhesive products such as crystal, glass and acrylic; surface hardening for UV resin dropping / potting on crafts, ornaments, nameplates; de-tack treatment for UV resin earphone shells, hearing aid special-shaped parts, and other UV-cured products with requirements for surface gloss and wear resistance.

Specification Parameters

Application Instruction (Case: TADHE UV Resin Earphone Shell)

1. Put the pre-cured UV resin earphone shell into the cleaning liquid, the shell will float in the liquid.
2. Place it into a 36W UV curing lamp chamber and cure under UV irradiation for 4-6 minutes.
3. After 4-6 minutes of curing, the UV resin earphone shell sinks to the bottom of the liquid.
4. Take out the UV resin earphone shell for subsequent processing.
