LED LENS / ALUMINUM SUBSTRATE BONDING UV ADHESIVE ,This product is a colorless transparent liquid, mainly made of modified acrylic UV resin. It cures under ultraviolet light with wavelength ≤ 395 nm.

Application:Bonding LED lens to aluminum substrate; bonding & potting sealing for plastics including PMMA, PC, PVC, and metals like aluminum & copper.

Operation Steps

1. Clean the bonding surface thoroughly, then apply glue slowly; avoid air bubbles.
2. Cure with UV lamp at 10-30cm distance for around 15 seconds. (Exact time depends on your actual UV lamp).
3. Increase UV intensity or curing time for thicker glue layers.
4. Seal unused adhesive and store at room temperature away from light.

Important Note: The cured resin layer thickness per application must be less than 1 mm.

Recommended UV Curing Light

• 400W (11mW/cm²) UV lamp
• 20W UV flashlight, wavelength ≤395nm
• Other UV lamps that meet curing requirements
